It just tends to be on the slow side. Need some improvement to load times so it’s not a 15 second wait every time I open the app to scan a barcode. ### 4/5 — Has great potential *2016-07-28, version 4.6.6* This app is great. The barcode scanner works great. Everything about the app is easy to use just like the website. Only thing about the app that isn't great is there is some bugs that could use a fix. The first thing that I have run into are when you open the barcode scanner it sometimes delays a few seconds before bringing the camera up, whereas other times it will be immediately (iPhone 6/6s). Second, there was one time when I used the barcode it returned item not found, but after restarting the app it found the item no problem (iPhone 6s). Lastly the app has simply crashed on me a few times (iPhone 6). If these bugs are fixed this is a 5 star app. ### 3/5 — $47 per month for a 'Starter' pack *2014-08-01, version 3.1.0* I didn't make it past the login screen. Prohibitively expensive ongoing monthly fees for what most users could achieve with a simple spreadsheet on their cloud. It looks like a very user friendly interface and probably a perfect app for it's purpose. It's a shame. Running from a desktop it refreshes every time you do something on the page so you have to scroll back down to whatever you was working on. Gets old real fast when you have to do it repeatedly for a large order. Decides to reorganize everything on its own and no way to change the way things are listed on page. Just a pain to use all in all. Can’t even use the support portal to try and figure something out. ### 1/5 — 6.0.8 completely broke the app *2020-09-02, version 6.0.8* I am literally unable to use this app to sign out students after the latest update because instead of student names it will only show serial numbers. I am completely over run with backed up inventory work because of this abomination of an update. I would like to use the app to keep track of my power tools. I got to 19 items and reached the limit. After sending a couple of messages to support and not having the courtesy of a reply I assume the app producers don't want to deal with small domestic customers. There should be an in-app upgrade option at the very least. Poor form! Update: I sent another email via the app feedback option. On 13/08/2017 I received an email from Rex Kuzius saying ‘I apologise Phil. We will get you taken care of’. Well it’s now 27/11/2017 and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has happened. I have deleted the app and would not recommend it to anybody. ### 1/5 — This app is useless *2017-10-13, version 5.2.3* Ignore the fake review. This app is useless in the App Store requires you to go to their website. No instant access. Freeware with no function. Using iPhone 7 Plus , iOS 12.4 ### 2/5 — Scan not working *2017-08-02, version 5.1* Whenever I attempt to scan a barcode on my iOS 10 device I get a message "item not found". This was tested on an iPhone 7 & 6+. This app is used in conjunction with an account you create on the website. The app functions well, and is designed specifically for mobile devices. Actually, the service itself is amazing via the web and the app just helps you tap into your data quickly. I would like to see group select/actions added to the app as they are available on the web. Also the actions themselves are a little buried in the menu tree too.
