新版本計算淨資產時只有扣除分期的負債，沒有扣除到不分期的負債，導致數字有誤，上一版沒有這個錯誤，希望能儘快修復，謝謝

日本の住宅ローンは35年が主流なので、その時点で使いづらい

录入分期负债时，每期金额不一样的情况下，期数少的话没啥问题，两年期以上的，没录完的情况下没有暂时保存的功能，容易卡顿闪退，导致数据丢失，重新录入，另外还有一种情况就是，比如12期，前面11期都是一样的，第十二期的金额不一样，这样也需要在分期金额不一样那里面一个一个录入，不可以在分期金额一样那里选择最后一期修改，所以用起来不顺手

关于负债页面分期负债房贷的显示问题，应该显示每月月供，而不是显示本金加利息的还款总额，还有就是房贷计算器应该开放输入贷款金额小数点的限制，贷款期限最小单位最好调整为月为单位，这样计算房贷月供更加的精确
