Keep rocking! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Most Useless MF app I have come across *2024-09-26, version 6.0.345* The app makes it easy to start a new SIP but doesn’t allow you to stop or pause an existing one. While taking money is fully digital, when it comes to customer convenience, it’s a different story. It took me over 2 months and 23 emails just to stop my SIP. A smoother process for managing SIPs would make a huge difference. And I just wishes to start new SIP in different fund ### 1/5 — Payment issue *2024-07-01, version 6.0.323* I don't know what your developers are doing by last 6-8 months. There's a so big big bug in your app that while doing UPI payment after adding the stuffs in cart, it always throws error by Gpay or Phonepe that there's some problem at receiver's bank. What is this? I'm literally fed-up of this. Also there's no option to make payment through already added bank account. What your developers are doing? What you guys are reviewing? I am using this app from past 6 months. The UI is very friendly and simple to understand. I appreciate that. But the recent updated version is crashing in my iPhone 11. I guess some QA testing failed to find this out. Let me know if I can help there any thing I could. Also love your app. Make sure tested thoroughly. By the way there are some error handlings which handled very badly. As a mobile app developer I feel pathetic!!! Please handle loading states and errors more professionally. I repeat, the best for “tracking”. Don’t even think of installing it if you have plans to invest in “direct” plan of mutual funds thereby avoiding the hefty commission. The platform sells only “regular” plans of funds.
