A year later our service was up for renewal and we never got the app implemented because the forms weren’t finished. This takes a lot of form customization or you have to wait until the reps can help. Meanwhile, our rep left and nobody was there to pick up our service. Not a good look when comparing to Raken or Procore. ### 1/5 — Nope. *2022-02-04* This app development is such an office move. It’s a nightmare for field workers. It’s kinda another way to get the field guys to do most of the office work. Taking away focus from actual field work in my opinion. Especially when the crews are narrow and the foreman is a working foreman not a pointing and paperwork foreman. There’s only so many hours in the day and even less for working hours. This complicates it and adds time to every job. Soooo thanks a lot.......... ULTIMATE RUBBISH *2019-12-02* sorry but the rating system requires me to use at least one star but to be honest this app is so slow & time consuming that it’s depressing, it’s so far behind in technological advances it should be scrapped. My bosses won’t pay myself or other employees the time it takes to fill out the forms required.... str8 up it’s a BS APP... ### 1/5 — Real life doesn’t fit your app *2018-12-08* This app needs a sign in box where the foreman can sign before the shift is complete. As 90% of the time the foreman does one before the lowely worker finishes his shift and is stuck without a signed time sheet. Real world problems. ### 1/5 — App is stupid *2018-07-12* This app has too many glitches of lost paperwork, paperwork submitted but not actually submitted and is lost. When you type in the paperwork half the time it doesn’t let you and glitches out. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — We used to do what this app struggles to do with a single sheet of paper. *2025-10-15* Previous Versions were much better. Not Optimised in consideration of the actual users. Current UI is not intuitive for new people, is slow for very simple actions and annoying to navigate for simple items. All Allocations used to be on one page and scrollable by the user, user could simply scroll down to see future work, now a specific day has to be selected. This removes the simple concept of seeing your weeks work easily. Form numbers don’t show inside an allocation, you have to go to the forms tab and search for it to get a number. e.g. if you need a permit # then you need to exit fully and go into a completely different part of the app. UI could be a lot more compact, there is a a lot dead white space everywhere filling up limited screen space on phones. Everything could be compacted to see more on the screen. ### 1/5 — Horror app *2025-05-27* I’d give it 0 stars if I could. They updated it this year and ever since it’s riddled with issues. Bugs out and have to close and re-open 2-4 times minimal just to open. Try to upload paperwork and have to upload 3-4 times before it registers and half the time you have to close out again because it bugs out while trying to submit. Will be talking to company to move across elsewhere because it’s not worth the headache it gives you. ### 1/5 — Slowest app ever *2025-03-25* Slowest app ever, can take 20 min to open a page, always crashing. Hopefully my boss change for a better app ### 1/5 — Deleting a time sheet *2025-01-24* I messed a time sheet up or forgot to check out of an activity, oh I’ll just delete it and start again. NOPE!! I gotta ring my manager on a weekend in their personal time to delete it for me so I meet the timesheet deadline for the Monday morning!! Why can’t I delete a simple time sheet or activity for some stupid reason! They tell us they’re going to look into it but been telling us that for 6months now. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever especially for a work app *2024-09-12* Constantly crashes and just when you think it won’t it will again. Users shouldn’t have to be resetting the app constantly to make it work. Why would they remove the ability to submit multiple timesheets at once? So many issues. ### 1/5 — Should be a beta *2024-06-21* This is an extremely buggy and flawed app, and the customer support experience so far has been “blame the user.” I wish my employer had chosen any other app. ### 1/5 — Buggy and frustrating *2024-04-01* The developers of this app have no idea what they’re doing. For so many months now, no matter what I do in the app, it always manages to get trapped in an infinite loading screen on my iPhone 15 and can’t be fixed in any way at all. It’s so frustrating to try to get anything done, if at all with this software. I always have to ask a coworker to do the forms for me. We will pass your comments on to the team! ### 5/5 — Great app *2021-05-21* You have to understand that why you can not login is got nothing to do with the app. It is your client is the one how remove you access to this app at any time remember best to contact your client and ask them why you can not login. It the best app for anyone where you can be in workplace with GPS location and will let you check in when you start to work and checkout when you finish your work. Also you can in your profile put days you are available to work and days in advance that you not going to work for Holiday or any other reason. Forms is other feature to let to see how is working with you. It has also all other information so you can work safely. It has so many things that you can submit when client request you to fill other forms that require using this app or you can submit to your client any changes that require attention and approval if you think it is not safe to work. Remember each time new update for this app come for iPhone: best to delete the app and reinstall the app. 10/10 ### 5/5 — Great app no more paperwork *2015-05-09* Awesome app no more manual timesheets. Have had to delete and reinstall the app twice in 7 days after trying to launch the app and trying to login. Comes up with a network error, iPad running WiFi with no other problems.
