However it’s missing a search feature that would allow you to search certain level games, or where the game is and also where you can work. **Developer response:** Thank you for this positive feedback! We do offer the ability to filter games by location, age group, etc. on our website, so I'd recommend logging in via a web browser for this kind of thing for now. Game reports are super quick too. ### 5/5 — The best platform out there, but still not optimal *2025-05-15* I’ve used several assigning platforms and Assignr is by far the best that I’ve used. That said the management of recurring availability is very challenging. Once you set up recreants you can’t edit all the recurrences simultaneously. So for example, if you want to edit locations in all of your availability, you can’t do that you need to reset everything, and that requires resetting any exceptions that you’ve made in your recurring schedule. **Developer response:** Thank you so much for the kind words and for the suggestion! We'll be sure to let you know if/when we build this out! ### 1/5 — Borderline unusable *2024-03-14* This app is pretty terrible in almost every single category you can think of. Too many notifications, have to log in every single time i use it, response time is slow, and sometimes it won’t even register what I do. I have been assigned to two games I have had to decline now because the app didn’t save my availability correctly. (incase you are thinking that it’s my phone, I am using this on a 2 month old phone.) Nobody is trying to steal my soccer referee account. It’s very frustrating and time consuming to have to change my password twice a month ### 2/5 — Limited Archive Settings / Coaches and School Administrator Contact Info *2026-01-26* Assignr app does not show previous games worked, only future games scheduled. Also, coaches and admin contact info are mixed with referee officials. There should be a tab or setting for school contact information by team. (School, JV Boys coach, Varsity Boys Coach, Athletic Coordinator, Athletic Director, etc. Looking forward to increased enhancements to Assignr app. **Developer response:** Thanks so much for this feedback! For now, we'd recommend doing this from Assignr.com (even if on your phone), since the web app allows you to filter on various game criteria already (including past games). ### 2/5 — Terrible Use Case for multiple assignors *2023-09-18, version 1.33.2* I used to love this app. Told everyone good things about it, and then…. More than one of my assignors started using it and it became horrible to use. You need to switch your entire view to see the assignments from different people. So if you have assignments on the same day from more than one assignor there is no view where you can see them all. Terrible. Horribly done. Not thought though at all. I’m so disappointed. ### 2/5 — Assignr *2023-09-15, version 1.33.2* I have 2 reasons why I don’t like Assignr. 1. I don’t like the 24 hour time format. 2. I love the interface, the calendaring, everything about it from being able to access from a web browser or mobile app. This is top-notch. One suggestion it’s frustrating when I add my availability. I constantly have to select which assignors I’m making myself available for. It would be nice if the default for availability was for the Assignr site that you’re signed in with And if you want to open your availability to other Assignr then be able to go in and make that change. Just a heads up that you can view previous games on the web browser version using game filters, accessible on any computer, laptop, or smartphone. For game fees, you can see these before accepting a game, both within the app and web browser version — within the app, just select the game and tap on Game Fees to view any pre-set fees.
