4 pop ups in the middle of my first question
I didn’t even try to continue to read through the response I got to a word I asked it to define. A simple definition request was met with (pop up 1) purchase screen prompting me to purchase their $9.99 plan (before even allowing me to try ONE time to see what it’s like) but okay no prob I X out of it and continue to finish my request and click send (pop up 2) advertisement for a McDonald’s large French fries ( no thanks ) X out of it and begin to read thru my definition it gives me which looks very thorough which I appreciate anddd (pop up 3!) another purchase screen attempt to have me purchase their 9.99 subscription ! X out of it because I just want to finish reading the definition and two seconds into it again and what do u know!? (Pop up 4)!!! A video advertisement for a car! Jeez! Couldn’t do it …! I’ll stick with the free ChatGPT app that I swear by . This was just ridiculous

Hey I use this app all the time never had problems until now. It keeps crashing out or say it returned back to its server can y’all fix that especially since I’m paying for it

Not too many ads, straight forward to use, and great results. I just wish that it didn’t use my daily limit on prompts it did not answer
I was never refunded
I didn’t agree to them charging my card. I never even opened the app so this is bad business in my book
