## What is Assistela Client?

Assistela Client is a mobile companion for the Assistela AI agent running on your computer. Pair it with the desktop app to send messages, approve sensitive actions, review usage, files, memory and scheduled tasks, and optionally share approximate location context.

With your explicit permission, Activity & Sleep can read completed workouts, daily step totals and sleep segments from Apple Health and privately synchronize them to your paired computer for your own activity and sleep history. Access is read-only. Assistela does not read workout routes, precise location or heart rate and never writes to Apple Health.

Demo mode is available for review and never calls an AI model.
