Gets frustrated. Otherwise it’s a good app. Need to get that fixed. ### 5/5 — Ease of use *2023-05-12* To move between the various accounts we use is intuitive. I appreciate the seamless design and ability to make transfers. ### 1/5 — Deposit *2021-07-07* I have taken the picture for deposit checks about 10 times and I can read all information on the check but the app still won’t accept the pictures. ### 5/5 — Could easily be great- frustrating! *2020-10-30* The app has a very simple and clean layout, love that! Its straightforward and provides little features that make a difference - like showing the minimum payment amount when paying a loan or card (amazingly many other banking apps don’t do that). BUT it has this glitch that is so frustrating! It keeps saying it cannot authenticate my account when I type in my password and requires me to call the credit union. My password is correct and every time I call, AHCH says nothing is off in my account and there is nothing I need to authenticate - yet it persists! So I use the app only for checking balances and making a mobile deposit. If I need to pay my loan or transfer to my savings, I have to go to the website. ### 5/5 — App *2020-01-25* Works great. Please answer! ### 1/5 — Can’t use the Touch ID to log in! *2019-03-29* This new version is terrible! It will not save my setting for Touch ID to log in. I have to enter my password every time. I followed the instructions and I went into iPhone settings then Touch ID & passcodes and nothing happened. ### 1/5 — No internet connectivity *2019-03-26* I am not pleased with this new app. It booted me out saying I have no internet connectivity. I can get into any other app just fine, except this one. Not liking the change! ### 1/5 — Transfer *2019-03-23* It won’t let me transfer money from savings to checking. It hasn’t worked the last three days. ### 2/5 — Not loving the change *2019-03-21, version 18.3.110* I used the app touch banking previously and had to switch over to this app per the instructions on touch banking.
