• Connect with our Triage, Billing, and Records departments

• Share data securely and in real time with healthcare provider
• Integrate with Apple HealthKit to retrieve daily exercise logs, sleep patterns and health data

To use the Associated Retina Consultants Patient Portal App, you will need an invitation or login from your provider. Established patients can request a login from our Portal home page at https://arconsultants.myezyaccess.com.
