Reverted back to the website. ### 1/5 — It’s a mess *2025-08-27, version 1.8.1* On a mobile It used to be more or less usable but now it’s not. It’s a mess. It’s Searches result in flickering pages, homepage has no where to go except featured product, everything has a glitch of some sort. To have the best products and the egg worst website- They should be very embarrassed ### 1/5 — It don’t work no more *2025-08-26* Won’t take orders ? Says to logout etc . Tried delete and reinstall. Can’t change address or anything ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2025-08-04, version 1.8.0* This app could be so good. Every time I use it I have to log in. Then, every time I go to the my account section it asks me to accept or reject cookies then tells me to log out and log in again. It’s absolutely useless. Here’s an idea for Assos. Why not have an app which works for the customer, and rather than just focussing on selling, why not have a section where the user can load all their Assos clothing, and the app works with the local weather to recommend which items to wear? ### 1/5 — Totally useless *2025-08-02, version 1.8.0* App needs some serious work, nothing loads. It worked once when i initially downloaded it, but now never loads anything and is impossible to use. Please sort this because it will likely attract more customers, such as me. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work! *2025-06-22* Don’t waste your time shopping or filling your cart. You will be directed to an endless loop of doom, being asked to sign in, then being asked to sign out because they’ve “updated their app”. After doing that three times, I deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail. You’d think, for the prices they charge, they could afford a competent app developer. ### 1/5 — Awful app - doesn’t work *2025-05-07, version 1.7.1* Got this to place an order to get the free water bottle. Just couldn’t get it to work, kept crashing and wouldn’t let me make a purchase. Gave up in the end and just ordered through a local shop. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-04-22* Downloaded the app today and signed in. When I try to buy something first it says they just updated the app and to sign out/in again. Okay did that (but continue to get the message). Have items in my cart, click proceed to checkout and it either says no items in cart or it asks for shipping address but never loads shipping options. It’s like no one ever tested to make sure it actually worked before mass emailing everyone about it. ### 3/5 — Update *2025-04-20* Can’t purchase anything. Even if I delete and reinstall app I get the same message.
