They are super helpful when you have questions regarding claims. ### 1/5 — AP FSA *2025-02-05* Had a very frustrating year with this FSA card. The requirements to make medical payments thru This FSA are too cumbersome and there were too many times when my account was frozen, forcing me to pay out of pocket for expenses. Never received the appropriate email to let me know I owed receipts for certain clamins and my account was then frozen. HSA is a much better tax deductible medical payment platform.
