Tried on five other phones with iOS 14 and same issue . About 75% of the time it doesn’t update and you’re left weeks without the pay you should be receiving. Most recent, they actually TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT. Yes, the withdrew $150 from my bank account without prior authorization and zero explanation. Wish me luck fighting that.Their app doesn’t work half the time, so you’re unable to clock in. Then you have difficulty proving your hours. Because, the app doesn’t work and looks like someone that works for the company is written good reviews. It’s horrible and mislead people who don’t know. It’ll load it up, does the Face ID, “logs me in”, and then right back out to the login screen. If I let it, it will loop like that forever. Never actually logging me in. Very frustrating considering it’s how I log my hours for my job!
