English speakers can not use this application at all. Requires more than fundamental local language; menus appear to be rather convoluted; and seeing their icon on parking spots around the city stress me out enough to not want to drive anywhere where I may have to try to park.

Payment system and parking system both terrible!
 Can not registration for payment system application!
