Without it, the app is useless. All the information is static and unchanging. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled for a year now and still nothings changed. I’ve tried using this app for over a year now and still no luck. I’m an avid follower of Lloyd’s so when I found out there was an app I was super excited to know more. This app just doesn’t function nearly as well as other apps unfortunately. When I open the app half the time it freezes and closes on its own. Then, when I can login I can’t get past the “we need a little more info about you” screen for some odd reason. It just stops.
