Just need some improvements *2025-08-02, version 3.1.0* My issue was the call not redirecting but this updates fixes that. Thank you. I would suggest: - Better UI - Map included in posts. If posters don’t want to share exact location then post with a given radius. - Auto translation based on selected language. Now some posts are in English and some in Amharic. This app is specially useful to new comers to the US and most don’t speak or read English. - (Bug) when users post two numbers the call feature combines it and gives out one big number. ### 3/5 — Useful but improvements needed *2025-07-16, version 3.1.0* It’s good the app exists but has serious flaws. We provided this cheap service for our community and we are not profiting from it. But some bad elements in our community like you seem to not apprecate it. I will take this further! ### 1/5 — App is subpar and the customer service is the worst! *2021-06-13, version 0.1.2* It’s on Okay app that needs a lot of improvements. For example, being able to edit a post you made. As a software engineer, I know first had that ifs very simple to implement this and yet this app doesn’t let you do so. It’s super annoying. What makes this even worse is when you give review for constructive criticism, you get a response pretty much saying “if you don’t like our app, don’t use it”. This is absurd! Developers/owners of this app, you guys should know first hand that the users are the most important aspect of your application and business. This kind of negative attitude and not being able to take criticism will do you no good. Was it really that hard to implement a simple redirect to the phone app with the number? What amazes me the most is you can’t even copy the number from the pop up display, really!!! The interface also looks bare-boned. I know it gets the job done but visually it’s unappealing to the eye. **Developer response:** We appreciate the feedback on the previously available feature. It was temporarily removed due to users entering incorrect phone formats, leading to unintended international calls and accountability issues, and unpredictable behavior across different phone models/OS versions. We have a limited testing scope to cover the entire phone models. Despite this, the app remains the primary tool for community accommodation searches and we will address this request based on our enhancement priorities.
