How on earth they approved this app. I can’t book facilities in my residence. ### 1/5 — Why? *2025-04-01, version 4.4.0* Why did I give this app 1 star? Because it’s not possible to go lower! The app refuses to allow login. That’s the very basic function, isn’t it? At least 7 times I tried logging in through UAE Pass, and each time it says “session expired”! Sorry, I think the app has reached the end of its tether! ### 1/5 — Payments do not go through *2024-12-01, version 4.4.0* 2 of my payments made through bank cards were ‘failed’, however, I was charged the amount on both transactions. I requested a service in the app, which was never approved. I was told by a supervisor to send email to a Provis staff. Where is the efficiency? What’s the purpose of this app? You should change it to living made harder.
