I am experiencing an issue where I have to download the application again if it remains unused for 2-3 days. Additionally, the application occasionally closes unexpectedly during operation.

Need update app works for 2 weeks then crashes then need to reinstall again

The app crashes on almost every session that I use it .It crashes when referrals are opened.
In patient referrals do not open at all.
Not all investigation show up under the lab reports.
No option to enter the operative notes .
No access to discharge summary - so can’t prepare it or edit it in the app.
Radiology reports don’t show up.
No option to raise referral to other departments.

Not able to login at all. It was working fine. Then there came an update and now it’s logged in with some random doctor name in medicity. Is it become exclusive to medcity ?
