I made a appointment for today Indian time 11am. 10.30 I got a message that my consultation reschedule to 11.30. So I have joined meeting at 11.30 but till now doctor hasn’t responded.I think this is a scam. No one came for the video consultation. I lost my money also. Please refund me with the amount since there were no service offered. What is the point of this app if no body is looking into it from hospital perspective? Please remove this app from App Store. Update: they cancelled the appointment but no refund.
