I have lost 600INR for consultation. I made a appointment for today Indian time 11am. 10.30 I got a message that my consultation reschedule to 11.30. So I have joined meeting at 11.30 but till now doctor hasn’t responded.I think this is a scam. They are simply looting money.

At last i have contact doctor from my mobile , not even a call back from the hospital

Huge expectations , unfortunately did not work out well. I have waited for nearly 45 minutes for the doctor but no luck. There is no customer service number to contact. The e consult concept is to make things easier for customer and provider. However , without any delay warnings/ notifications - customer is waiting without a clue. This is not appropriate. I would not recommend this feature.

Crap app. Useless. I booked an video consultation 2 days back on today 12:40 for a gastroenterologist. I already paid 2 days back. No one came for the video consultation. I lost my money also. Please refund me with the amount since there were no service offered. What is the point of this app if no body is looking into it from hospital perspective? Please remove this app from App Store. It’s such a crap.

They just make you pay for the consultation and there wont by any response. Have contacted hospital and they said no idea. This is pure steeling. Lost my time and ₹500

You can book an appointment, pay but the doctor never shows up and there is no support anything to reach out to...
Update: they cancelled the appointment but no refund. They just give you credits to use for next consult which is useless given as doctors don’t actually do the consult

I made an appointment today (Aster Mims Kottakal) at 16:00 IST but the doctor hasn’t responded till 16:30 then i pressed the reschedule option and changed it to 16:45 that attempt was also in vain (I think the doctor is not even using the app).
There is no information on refund in the course of such event. I even read the policy page, nothing is given there too. 
Aster is a renowned establishment; henceforth i look forward for an appropriate response to the user.
Nobody install (the app) nor does one goes to hospital for fun. So, make sure the whole act of control and coordination works before release. At this moment money transaction page is the only thing that works vanilla, with zero result. This is such a substantial step up considering the current (2019-nCoV) so, make it worthwhile.

Very easy to consult doctors through this app. Also doctors response is quick. I have used it couple of times to consult for skin problem. 
I would highly recommend to use this app.😃
