I would suggest instead of this app, directly go to hospital. Using the app I did an appointment on last December. The hospital canceled the appointment. But till today the reimbursement is not done. The app is not even having an option to track the progress of tickets. This is bare minimum requirement of any app that supports customers. Almost 4 times I reached the support team. They having the same dialogues.

The Aster Health application is a thoughtful initiative by the hospital in India; however, my overall experience has been disappointing due to several shortcomings.

Many doctors are not available for booking through the app, which makes it difficult to secure appointments. Test reports also do not update within the application, and patients are not notified when results are ready. It would be far more convenient if reports were uploaded directly to the app, allowing patients to access them easily without having to contact hospital staff.

No medical reports/prescription of the patient is available in the app. 

So basic app is good but there is no use of it if patient can’t find required doctors, medical reports, lab reports in app.
