App friert dauernd ein oder sucht nach der Blutoothverdindung. Wir haben es mit verschiedenen Geräten (iPads, iPhones) probiert. Lässt sich leider auch nicht über die usb Buchse verbinden (nur zum Laden). Das hört man auch von anderen Usern. Not intuitive at all, and requires all kinds of wacky workarounds to achieve simple tasks like removing the amount of lights in a group. Really baffling how terrible this app is after spending several thousands of dollars on their lights. ### 2/5 — Disconnects reliably. *2024-05-04, version 12.11* Addressinng will take twice as long as expected because the app will simply disconnect from the astera box every 5 minutes, and the only reliable way to reconnect is to forget the device and pair again. (it’s best to have that written down on you at all times) At best Ive had to do this once every 15 minutes, at worst every 5 minutes. Do NOT lock your phone while using the app. I’m giving it two stars because when it works, it’s actually quite handy. ### 2/5 — Keine Verbindung *2024-03-07, version 12.10* Ich stelle an der Lampe CRMX & DMX bei Input ein die Bridge findet die Lampen, aber in der Übersicht sagen die Lampen Nich Verbunden, obwohl ich sie über die 💡 identifizieren k.ann. Für Kunden so Natürlich maximal ein Spielzeug ### 2/5 — Unreliable Bluetooth control *2023-09-05* As another had complained, the app constantly berates me to turn on Bluetooth even when I’m not running the app. Then when using the app, connectivity to an astera box will drop frequently. You must check the box to leave the screen on and never leave the app. If you do either, expect a long process of manually removing the Bluetooth device from IOS and adding it again from within the app. Tested on multiple devices, all with same response. Like every couple minutes when my screen is on and the app is not even running. Very annoying. Not all of us want our Bluetooth on constantly. App uses an INSANE amount of battery life when doing nothing phone or tablet quickly heat up literally more than any app I have. There are also bugs where connection drops out when very near or info displayed for fixture status is inaccurate or won’t update. ### 1/5 — What a joke *2025-02-03, version 12.18* I create targets for my lights for previewing before the CRMX controller moves over and the app throws the lights into random groups on it meaning I now how to spend more time fixing the errors the app made instead of just doing what it told. The only thing it is good at is making your job harder. Filled with bugs and intermittent connection problems. Convoluted app with an atrocious, criptic interface which works sometimes and other times not. Somewhat related, pairing to Titan tubes using Asterabox can be easy or an abject failure.
