### 3/5 — Good but not consistent

*2022-08-14, version 3.6.3*

I’ve been using this app to track my peak flow and medication use for a while. It has been good but lately it has been losing data and I often have to re-input peak flow for up to 2 days. This means I have to keep a paper copy so unless that improves I’ll be looking for a new App. However it is easy to use and find information on how often I need a rescue inhaler.

### 3/5 — Great features but keeps crashing!

*2021-10-01, version 3.6.3*

Love that you are able to enter symptom details, rescue med details etc. But still some development errors to be worked out (I’m sure they will be). So a neat app, worth the download for all asthmatics who need to track their daily quality of life!

### 2/5 — Lost functionality

*2021-06-15, version 3.6.3*

Used to be a good app but now no longer takes you through a monthly asthma “test”. Though the test may have little if any diagnostic value, I did like it because it gave me an overall sense of how my asthma is being handle.
Sadly am deleting this app as I have another app which can do tracking for me and give me graphing on the fly.

### 2/5 — Where are my notes?

*2020-11-16, version 3.4.5*

I downloaded this yesterday and put a note under “other note”. I can’t find or see the note anywhere.

### 2/5 — Broken

*2020-11-11, version 3.4.5*

Most recent update completely broken. Can't add symptoms or label puffs.

### 3/5 — Was good, but now limited functionality

*2020-11-11, version 3.4.5*

I am using this to manage my asthma, was good as I was able to specify the exact medication I was using, now I can only add the number of puffs and the time and date. Cannot specify which inhaler I am using. Also used the notes feature when I went running, all I can do to add a note is time and date, can’t write anything anymore! Won’t be so easy to work out when I need to start using a new inhaler. Also needs to link with watches such as Fitbit or Garmin as I don’t always have my phone on me to count steps!

### 1/5 — Stuck

*2020-09-26, version 3.4.1*

I get get past the slide that ask you to be apart of the study. It’s stuck there. Help please, help soon.

### 1/5 — Won’t start

*2020-09-24, version 3.4.1*

Cannot get past the permissions screen. Gets stuck on the “participate in study” screen and won’t go any further. The app sounds great, just can’t use it!

### 3/5 — Installation not intuitive

*2020-09-19, version 3.4.1*

Works fine once you realise that you have to ‘enable all’ in your settings (IOS)
I don’t use an inhaler so not a feature I need.
If the developer just changed that I would say 5 star

### 1/5 — Can’t launch app

*2020-09-18, version 3.4.1*

Just downloaded this app to track my asthma and I am unable to get past the intro pages without the app freezing and then crashing. Please update so I can use the app

### 2/5 — Room to improve

*2020-09-11, version 3.4.1*

Useful tool, however could be a lot easier to add data. Limited fields, would help if it was possible to add antihistamine medications as well as there is such a clear correlation for many. Difficult to remove values added in error. Insufficient nagging from the app to remind me to take preventers!

### 3/5 — Will go op to 4.5 with SaO2 add d

*2020-05-25, version 3.4.1*

I’ve been looking for a quick way to track my rescue inhaler usage and have it transfer to the Health app. Please add a quick click for O2 level to make this app almost perfect for me.

### 2/5 — Good but keeps crashing

*2020-01-01, version 3.4.1*

I do like this app. It’s great for tracking my symptoms and inhaler use but every time I open it it crashes. I have to close the app using the swipe up then reopen it. The creators need to fix this then I’d be giving it 5 stars.

After update review:
App was much better with the crashing issues for about a month but now it back to crashing and not opening properly. Doing the same thing it was before. Very disappointing that the developers can’t figure it out.

May 2019 update:
Still having trouble with crashing when opening the app. Would love a fix for this as this is the best app I’ve found so far that tracks everything I need to track.

Jan 2020 update
Had a few good months without crashing and now it’s back to crashing every time I open it. Guess it’s time to give up and try another app....really wanted this one to work. 😢

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Used to work

*2025-04-30, version 3.6.3*

I’ve been using this app for several months now. But with the latest iOS update in April 2025, the app freezes when I try to use it. And the developer website is not secure and apparently inactive. So this review is the only way for me to ask for customer support!

### 1/5 — 0 stars

*2021-05-29, version 3.6.3*

0/5 you have to allow full access to your Health app. No thanks. I don’t want tracked.

### 1/5 — Still buggy

*2021-04-18, version 3.5*

I have to agree with a previous reviewer - it could be so good but it has some unfortunate bugs that randomly make previous entries disappear. It would also be good to change the term ‘puffs’ to medication to include oral steroids such as prednisolone

### 1/5 — Latest update for iOS 14 broke the app

*2020-11-09, version 3.4.3*

I have been using this app fine for a few years. The update from 09 November 2020 does not work on my iPhone 11. I would rate it higher otherwise.

### 1/5 — Won’t open since last update

*2020-11-04, version 3.4.2*

Was a good app for tracking, but not opening at all since last update

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work!

*2020-10-27, version 3.4.1*

Sadly can’t get past the fourth welcome page

### 1/5 — Can’t get passed the welcome slide

*2020-10-16, version 3.4.1*

Stuck on the welcome slide! Reset and retried a few times but still doesn’t work

### 1/5 — The idea is great, but glitches.

*2020-10-10, version 3.4.1*

I think the look, the idea is sound! I really wanted to use it an keep track but unfortunately it’s stuck on the “Welcome too set up section”
I’ll revisit one day but for now 😔sorry. Get some one to fix it please!

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2020-10-08, version 3.4.1*

I attempted to download this app. Problem is they stopped supporting this over a year ago so won’t work on iOS 14

### 1/5 — Glitch means I haven’t been able to start using the app

*2020-10-01, version 3.4.1*

I can’t get past the first Welcome slides as it keeps glitching and not letting me continue. Would be great if this was resolved as id love to use the app.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Simple to Use

*2025-04-15, version 3.6.3*

This app does 1 thing. Allows me to track asthma symptoms and puffer usage, and it does it well.

### 5/5 — Good but ….

*2021-06-13, version 3.6.3*

The app is great however they are removing the control test feature.

### 5/5 — Brilliant

*2020-07-08, version 3.4.1*

This app is easy to use, allows you to add symptoms and notes against your peak flow readings each day. There’s also a reminder to do your peak flow each day.

### 5/5 — Great app for asthma tracking

*2020-04-23, version 3.4.1*

I recently started using a peak flow meter and this app is exactly what I needed to track the readings. As a bonus, i can also set reminders to use the pfm and take my asthma meds regularly. It’s also very easy to use.

### 5/5 — Very Impressed

*2016-09-28, version 2.1*

This app is perfect for tracking Asthma activity. Absolutely everything you can think of in a beautiful easy to use UI and integration with health app makes it all the more useful.

### 5/5 — Useful tool

*2015-10-09, version 1.3*

Thanks for fixing the bugs. I like this app a lot and as an asthma educator I recommend this app all the time, but with IOS 9 it never worked. Now it does yay! My patients are all pediatrics, so parents of young children like this app as well as teens. Now if only you could make it so you could track more than one person using the same app on the same phone. For example parents who have more than one person in the family with asthma.

### 4/5 — Good little app

*2021-03-06, version 3.5*

I’m a recently diagnosed asthmatic so this is all new to me. I like the simplicity of the app which gives me confidence I’m doing things right, but two changes would make it perfect for me. 1. The colour code of the PEF could follow the standard reference range with three colours not two. 2. The symptoms recording does not allow for multiple entries in the day, unless this a bug? I have emailed twice through the app but not got a reply.

### 4/5 — Really helpful

*2020-08-14, version 3.4.1*

This app is really useful. I particularly like how my peak flow can be exported to apple’s health data so I can see it on a graph.
The app has been really useful at medical check ups and made monitoring so much easier.
For any asthmatics out there this is definitely worth using.
However I do have some suggestions to get it to a 5* review;
I would like to be able to add all the days activity in one save rather than each medication or peak flow separately. Or alternatively adding a repeat function for regular medication rather than having to enter the same information everyday.
The notes function needs some work. It’s not intuitive and is rather clunky.

### 4/5 — Good app

*2019-06-04, version 3.2*

This is a good app and has been helping me manage my asthma better. There are however a few bugs and issues with it crashing when opening notifications or recording peak flows. Recording notes also seems a bit clunky.

### 4/5 — Good App - Could Be Better

*2019-05-25, version 3.2*

I’m using this app to track my son’s asthma but I have to use another app to track my own and my daughter’s asthma.

Would be good if you could have multiple profiles and be able to switch between them.

Would also be good if a report could be generated in the app to email (or be emailed to you) rather than have to get a computer and go to a website.

Other than that, it’s easy to use, smooth and quick.
