## What is AstiosUC?

AstiosUC is a multi-platform, secure, and lightweight unified communications platform.

It allows users to make and receive calls with a fixed line or secondary number without having physical phones or traditional phones. Users can enjoy HD voice and video calls with AstiosUC when connected from virtually anywhere with internet access.

It takes advantage of the latest technology of push notifications whereby the app can be put in the background or removed from memory and you can still reliably receive calls and messages. This tremendously reduces memory and CPU usage therefore sharply reducing battery consumption and it’s far more secure with push notifications.
