Hasn’t worked for months, stuck on loading screen. And even when it did work the functionality was almost non-existent. Restarts app every time you open something else so impossible to price check

UI is Poor, Simply leaving the app for a split moment will make it restart each time. Lacks basic features such as taking notes, seeing purchased cars, no notifications when a car is going through which is all standard on BCA which is significantly better. I wouldn’t even bother with the app, although the website isn’t any better. Simply a confusing mess

Wont let me log in on the app, says my username/password is wrong whereas i use the exact same details online through the browser.

This app needs updating. Won’t let me log in at all. Tried it on the web version and it works.

App infrequently works and is forever asking me to log in. Ability to connect to “Live” sales is also a challenge - far to hit & miss so didn’t rely on being out and logging in to bid.
I use an iPhone X and the app is not set up for Face ID, repeatedly asks me to enter my Pin No. and tells me I’m not logged in or there is “A problem with my connection”.
In short; pointless.

Surely you should be able to view bought vehicles!! It’s either that or I don’t know what I’m doing.

Despite being logged in, much less functionality than the website. Cannot create a watchlist or view a saved one created on the web and couldn't access the vehicle list to see guide prices and condition grades. If these can be added to match the website it will be very useful.
