I own two vehicles and I don’t have any issues. I think this application looks better than its competitor but that’s just me. **Developer response:** Hi, thank you for your positive review. It is great to know that you are enjoying our app so much. ### 1/5 — Server connectivity issues *2026-02-05* Picked up my new Aston and the app was working well for about 3 weeks and then it kicked me off with a message saying that it can only be used by Aston owners and that I should contact my dealer. Have reached to dealer several times and they have tried to reset but no luck. Very disappointing for an ultra luxury brand. **Developer response:** Hi, We are sorry to hear you are having issues with your app. Please contact us via appsupport@astonmartin.com so we can get you back up and running in the app. ### 2/5 — Works Intermittently *2026-01-09* I’ve used car connectivity apps for over a decade now and though Aston Martin’s tech is theoretically the most recent generation it is the worst performing system I’ve ever used. The app disconnects from the AM server all the time and there’s no way to manually reconnect. And when the app is connected, I’ve never actually gotten it to lock or unlock my doors. The only thing it’s good for is giving me the location of the car and the range of the gas tank. Is says; “Something went wrong trying to retrieve the status of your vehicle” this is a huge problem! **Developer response:** Please reach out to us directly using the support email or via your preferred dealer so we can assist getting your issue resolved and get you set up in the app. ### 5/5 — Great App *2025-10-16* Took a while to get set up but once in the app is nice. Some useful features that I would expect to be there. Having it on the watch is really useful. ### 4/5 — Greatly improved *2025-01-21* This is a much better version than the earlier versions of the app. Connection to the car is better as is performance. The new features are a nice addition and bring it closer to where it needs to be. Features missing are sending a destination to the car sat nav and preconditioning of my climate. ### 1/5 — Does not connect *2024-11-19* The app stopped connecting to my three-month old DB12 one day, and has not worked since. Dealer is at a loss. Emails to Aston went unanswered. It seems that the issue is at the app level, possibly affecting multiple customers. An honest acknowledgement from Aston would make sense, so owners don’t think there is something wrong with their car, and allows the firm to buy some time as bugs and kinks are worked out. Please reach out to us directly via appsupport@astonmartin.com and we will happily assist. ### 1/5 — The Unconnected Car App *2024-07-31* I just took delivery of a new DB12 Volante and the tech in the car is generally excellent (a few glitches here and there but overall really good). The connected car app however doesn’t complete the connection and goes into a loop when asked about data analytics and then just times out. I contacted the dealer and their “working on it” but this is taking way to long to resolve. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling and get the same result. Not impressed and does not bode well for the rest of the experience when and if it ever does connect. ### 1/5 — Rubbish app *2024-07-26, version 1.2* Does not connect with car. Reloaded app several times.
