Seems like a bug so… bug your developers to fix it and I’ll come back and give you 5 stars. :) UTV ### 2/5 — Frustrating and Difficult *2026-08-11* As a Season Ticket Holder, I am always accessing the App to search for News, access Tickets, and stay aware of latest developments. I’m sad to say, the App is probably the worst example of sites, I need to access. The Navigational challenges defy logic and the lack of cross page linkage and functionality defeat me regularly. Since the app required an update it logged me in under someone else’s name against my fan ID (the club thankfully sorted that) but now my app won’t even let me log in, even with a new digital account…. And when you go to app support it takes you to a page on the villa website which is error 404 page not found ### 2/5 — App update poor *2026-06-17, version 3.9.1* Landscape view on iPad no longer works. Neither does the App support link! ### 2/5 — Another data mining app *2026-06-14* US fan, but I'm deleting the app after leaving this review. I don't know what kind of people are in charge, but I'm not giving you my data for some lame rewards. If you want my data, you have to pay for it. In the United States, corporate criminals get billions of dollars every year for taking peoples data and selling it... you'll give me my cut of the $$, or you get nothing... ### 1/5 — Doesn’t function well *2026-06-09, version 3.8.14* I’ve had an account for ages-the app doesn’t recognize it nor will it allow me to reset my password. I’ve tried everything, desktop. Keep receiving error messages. There is no contact info in order to rectify this and that aspect needs to be repaired.
