2 scans and had to contact assistance each time... You have to wait almost 10 days to get your images when the reception tells you it will be available on the day. Then when finally you have the images, can’t find the way to download all the images at once. And when doing it one by one the quality is terrible ! Can’t even read the text !

App won’t open. Updated and won’t open. What’s the point?

Terrible user experience. It told me I had to wait 10 days until my x ray displayed. Then I waited until that date and tried to access it when first it said it could used the email I had supplied and had worked fine before. Then it totally just white screened.

Try to use the password saved on my apple keychain and it doesn’t work. Try the “forgot password” option and it tells me network is down.
