I bought 2 programs from this app (spirit guides and lucid dreaming/sleep) and I have been listening to them for a while now, and I love them!! I use the lucid dreaming program every night because it makes me fall asleep VERY fast and I always have an amazing, vivid, dream! Otherwise It would take hours to finally get to sleep.

I astral projected with this app twice. I rolled out not rise up. You can’t just rely on this. I learned from Gaia TVyou need to activate the pineal gland by doing the breathing mediation, I also took iodine supplements because of fluoride the government puts in our water the limits the pineal. These things take time.  So no you won’t astral project day 1. There a preparation to it. You need to eat right and to be honest it was scary lol. So good luck.

Been a smoker ever since I was 14teen. I never thought I’d ever kick the habit.  I’m 46yrs old now and after a couple of sessions I went cold turkey! It been the best experience so far!  Downloaded intuition and chakra hypnosis!!!  Amazingly excited because now I will be the great sage I’m supposed to be!  This app saved my life!!!  Highly recommend to those that want positive change in their life!
