I listen to it each night when I go to bed five times through. Haven't gone out of the body yet! But Mr Brown's voice and the very soft music playing in the background do a good job of relaxing you. Better than in an app by a british author with a rather cold voice and nothing in the background. And it gets easier every time than to relax, this last one went by too quickly! ### 5/5 — Love, Love, Love *2015-05-15* I have tried several meditation and hypnosis apps, with varying degrees of success. This is perhaps the most beautiful and amazing program I have yet experienced. I love this so much that I purchased the entire catalogue of hypnosis sessions. This is the most money I have ever spent on an app, but it was worth every penny. I have truly found this life changing. I highly recommend this app to everyone reading this, I believe if the world at large practiced meditation and hypnosis it would make for a very peaceful and enlightened planet. ### 3/5 — Only one brief journey *2015-03-24, version 1.400* Although I thought the guided journey was fun and interesting I was disappointed that there was just this one journey and anything else cost more. I completely forgot that I had purchased it (due to not using it for awhile). I remembered last night, and upon finding it (because it somehow disappeared from inside my app) it wants me to purchase it again for $3.99!! I tried to restore purchase and it didn't work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it didn't work! I contacted the app developer and they said they don't have the power to gift it back to me. Very frustrating!!!!!! I learned from Gaia TVyou need to activate the pineal gland by doing the breathing mediation, I also took iodine supplements because of fluoride the government puts in our water the limits the pineal. These things take time. So no you won’t astral project day 1. There a preparation to it. You need to eat right and to be honest it was scary lol.
