I messaged the support team from within the game and they replied reasonably quickly to let me know that they would be looking into it. You definitely need to pay the low price to play without ads and unlimited, otherwise you don’t get to play much for free, but it’s quite reasonable. You’d end up paying this buying puzzle books and I’d much prefer playing online. The game has worked well, no real issues and support was great when I changed and bought a new device. I only wish there was a tad more to this overall, maybe ranks or levels based on puzzles completed and/or faster advancement for better times. It would give more regular play incentive. I like challenges and more could be done to expand the challenges and incentives here, thus the reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars. There are no free games, you have to “pay” for them with stamps. You get three free stamps a day. So you cannot play everyday. Deleted the game ( losing all accrued points) and reinstalled. Worked for a few days. Then the disappearing act kicked in again. I can deal with glitches, but I am rejected from the help desk ( “You are not authorized to contact help desk”) If you can get it to work - great game. What happened, Astraware? ### 1/5 — KRISS KROSS *2016-03-18* Version 2. Do not like the new version of Kriss KROSS. The old game was fine. So disappointed with the new setup. Extra games are fine but the new layout is very frustrAting. **Developer response:** Hi! We have adjusted this a little to make it easier to select the games. Going from just one daily puzzle a day to two, and allowing you to play back through the entire week, did mean we had to make a few changes to the layout! And then you get a couple letters in a word and you realize there are three words that fit. So now you need to solve a different word and come back. It’s essentially a puzzle to solve the puzzle. Once game is completed the adds come on, then you click on the cross top left corner to take you back to kriss kross unfortunately once you click on the cross the whole screen goes dark and pitch blank, you have to turn your phone off completely, turn it back on go back into the app and then play other kross kross challenges. It has been such a bother it puts you off wanting to finish the challenges. It never used to do this but it is happening all the time, like there’s 4 games to complete per day, it only allows complete one game then this occurs. I really can’t say if this is called a glitch or do.
