Paid for my subscription. Money left my bank but app wouldn’t work properly. Trying to use the buddy feature and straight away it says error you’ve exceeded your quota check your plan. Yet I hadn’t used it at all.

This app is inaccurate and freezes. I keep receiving error messages

Our app relies on Apple Maps infrastructure and the latest ChatGPT API technology, so in most cases performance issues are not caused by our side directly. However, we definitely want to investigate this further.

Could you please let us know what exactly happens and at which step the freezes or error messages appear? Any details about your device, iOS version, or screenshots of the errors would be extremely helpful.
