You didn’t have to pay for gems 499 for Jim’s. It was just one 4.99 subscription that you had to pay now I feel like the app is completely money hungry I’ve dealt with issues with getting back into my account which maybe because it requires an email, but I feel like that should be made known when you first create an app because it should automatically remembered by Apple that you have an account with AstroClub. I should not have to deal with paying 799 just to talk to sky, and then when I logged out of my account, I lose everything in my account, including getting back into that account that I paid a subscription for. and just today when I was trying to look at my transits, it would only show the transit for Sunday and not Monday and not the upcoming days. I don’t know what that’s about. You guys are really really really really need to fix this app. ### 2/5 — Always bugged *2026-07-19, version 7.3.6* App isn’t showing further dates! Don’t download. ### 2/5 — The 2 Stars does not include the contents of the app itself. *2026-07-10* I downloaded this app for astrology purposes as I needed some clear guidance and advice. It was easy to use and gave exactly what I needed. That isn’t my issue, my issue is the fact I haven’t used the app in months, I actually deleted my profile and “canceled” my membership and I’m still being charged every month. I recently re downloaded the app but the only access it’s accepting is email and I don’t think I provided my email, only phone because whenever I put any email I would’ve used into the app to recover it never shows up in my inbox. I’ve been charged for 4 months when I don’t even think I have my original profile. My advice is to make sure when you are ready to delete the app, double check your membership is canceled and watch whatever card you gave it access to. ### 1/5 — Let me cancel my subscription *2026-07-09, version 7.3.6* I bought what I believed was a one time purchase. Even scoured the app to make sure it had not enrolled me in a subscription. Could not find anything that said “cancel” or something like that. Thought it was one and done, cool. Come to find out I’ve been charged $20 for a renewal, never received an email about it. Now redownloaded the app to try and get in and cancel. Email won’t come through with the link to sign in. Tried two different emails in case I misremembered which one I used. This is ridiculous. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-07-07, version 7.3.6* I tested out this app and did not like it, I have tried to cancel subscription and it does not show up on my subscriptions list and contacting the support for you is useless, you’ve tried to charge me twice already and your support email just gives me a useless cookie cutter response about canceling through my subscriptions. Then when replying saying it does not show up and can you help me on your end I get silence. My only reason for a three star rating is because of the subscription method. So I’ve tried to set up the subscription three separate times. It takes me out of the app and on to a website. I put in my credentials and the site never prompts to move forward. I’ve tried linking my card(which is also something I NEVER have to do on iPhone considering it’s already connected -_-) and it made me add it to my wallet on my iPhone which makes me ENTIRELY UNCOMFORTABLE as it was never needed to be added to my wallet for any other app, ever. anddddd yet still can’t get the subscription to work. All other apps have the sub on the app and doesn’t take You out of the app to set it up. Usually just gotta use your Apple password associated with your card and boom-subscribed! But no, not this app. This app makes you jump hoops and dance a jig and you still won’t be subscribed. Then I kinda forgot about this app so in July it sent me a notification that my monthly subscription of $19.99 went out of my account, so I immediately went to the app and deleted my account so I am not spending $20 on the app I do not use. However today on 8/14 I again got the same notification that $19.99 went out of my account AGAIN, even after I deleted my account. AstroClub Team, I sincerely request you to contact me and solve this issue. ### 1/5 — My heart rate went up four times talking to Skye *2026-07-31* Saying the most randomist stuff which made my heart rate go up four times in less than an hour. This app should marked as a mental health hazard because it’s almost never tells the truth and the readings were free before but now I have to pay big money just to get them are you guys money hungry or what? The social media ad I clicked on to get a “soulmate reading” had false advertising; all the text on the main pages for accessing the sketch claimed the payment was to access the sketch upon completion… but once I jumped through SEVERAL hoops to access my billing invoice, it was actually for a 7 day trial, and this shady company was gonna start charging me $20-something per month after that!!!!! Then the birth chart info itself was inaccurate… they clearly have a UTC date offset bug—very common with known fixes. And the inaccurate birth chart of course throws off all the other info. Then the “soulmate sketches” are clearly AI generated. The whole app is based around this soulless AI agent experience. Just utter garbage. It is the opposite of spiritualism and it’s predatory as hell. I uninstalled it and stalled it back in tried to log in it said it sent me a email and it never did... so i created a new account and now its not even loading im glad i stopped paying for the premium because this started while i was paying. Asked for cancellation before trial ended. I was charged and then after they had my money they cancelled the service. I asked them To honor my pre-trial cancellation and heard crickets. App is buggy.
