## What is AstroKnot?

A puzzle a day keeps the brain in shape.

Your brain is like any muscle: it stays sharp when you challenge it. AstroKnot gives you one fresh logic challenge every day, a Star Battle puzzle that can only be solved by reasoning, never by guessing. Ten focused minutes with a real deduction puzzle is a workout for attention, working memory and logical thinking, and it's a lot more fun than it sounds.

THE PUZZLE
Place the stars. Every row, every column and every region gets exactly the same number of stars, and no two stars may touch, not even diagonally. That is the whole rule set. The depth comes from the logic, and every puzzle has exactly one solution.

Days you finish fastest are kept as days on top, and the new All-time heroes board ranks everyone by them. Free play now keeps your personal record for every size and difficulty: it shows where you pick, it runs beside the timer while you play, and beating it is celebrated. New players get a graphical welcome: the rules shown on a live board, the tap cycle, and what every button and glyph means.

Daily times now reach the leaderboard: the board is live for everyone, a time that Game Center did not take is retried when you open the app the same day, and any reason a time is not ranked is shown. Hints can be closed with a second tap.
