I’ve tried to contact the developer multiple times. No response. They charged my credit card for $60.95 immediately. Using the advisors is a complete rip off because you have to pay, depending on the amount of minutes you want. One you pay the clock is ticking. The advisors conveniently take their sweet time to type something and it makes the time go by. I tried the pro version out for a week. I wanted to cancel my subscription after that week. I inform them and they verified that I was cancelled. A couple days date, I see more than one charge on my account and it continues to happen until I called my credit card company.
