No way to cancel after the free trial. This is a scam!

I came across an add on Instagram and clicked on it. Never signed up for an account, never downloaded the app or anything, only to be charged 19.99 for a yearly subscription that I didn’t agree to. How do I get help with this situation?

Similar review as above. A week ago I paid for the $1 trial through an instagram ad. This trial was only for 3 days. When I went back to cancel this trial, the app didn’t recognize any log in information or account info with my email address, which I used via Instagram. 

I reached out to the team 7 days ago asking for a refund and I’ve been charged twice for the $19.99 subscription. The team has yet to send a single response back and I’ve now paid $39.98, can not access my account and can not end my subscription.. Please be careful with this app. It’s horrible and not worth this money or customer service.

Tried their free trial , tried to end subscription weeks ago and the system started I was not in their system. Then they took money out of myaccount recently  and said it was for the free trial. Saying I didn’t end it on time so they are charging me. I tried to end the trial in the beginning of January, they take the money weeks later and say it’s your fault that their system is faulty.

I saw the app on FB or Twitter…seemed interesting so I took advantage of the trial offer. When it was up, I was charged $19.99, the price for a 1 yr subscription. I wanted to cancel but was told I’d missed the cancellation period and if I did cancel now, the subscription would not be renewed but I would still have access until my subscription expired.
Then they denied me access and said my subscription had expired! I am still trying to get a refund or access.
I like the app but customer service is questionable.

Wrong labeling you offered a free trail a 7 day trial for free and of course there isn’t one typical Astro birth charts that seem to be on the App Store lately wrong and mislabeled
