Leveled up module to level twenty and the stats still won’t go up

The peaces need to be able to rotate so we can build properly The ships we are fighting have them 
Let us have names also geez

First thing is add names not just player, then let rotate the parts of the ship. The computer  bots have them rotated on their ships.
