AstroTeks turns your Apple Watch into a living instrument for breath, biometrics, and the rhythm of the sky — a standalone watchOS app that runs entirely on your wrist. WHAT IT DOES AstroTeks reads the sensors Apple already built into your Watch — heart rate, heart rate variability, blood oxygen, and respiratory rate — and turns them into a single, personal Heart-Sky Sync score for reflection and mindfulness. At the same time, a complete planetary ephemeris (VSOP87, the same orbital model used in professional astronomy software) runs directly on the chip in your Watch, with no server and no internet required. Nothing leaves your wrist. It is, as far as we know, the only standalone Apple Watch app that fuses live biometric data with real on-device astronomy. GUIDED BREATHWORK The heart of the app is a guided breathing practice. Choose 3, 5, 10, or 20 minutes. An element-colored circle expands and contracts while the Taptic Engine paces each inhale and exhale through your wrist. EIGHT LIVING SURFACES Pulse — your main face. A living ember glow, your Heart-Sky Sync, the planetary hour, and the moon a tap away. Press and hold to reach the Still Point. Dawn — a quiet morning screen: moon phase, a short reflective line, yesterday's score, and your coherence streak. Heart-Sky Sync — a gauge built from four sensors: HRV (40%), heart rate (30%), blood oxygen (15%), respiratory rate (15%). Lunar Breath — guided breathing, anchored to the current moon phase. Crown Scroll — turn the Digital Crown through 14 days of sky weather, a haptic detent on each step. The Entanglement — add a companion's birth details and the geometry between two charts is drawn as a living weave, every thread a real cross-aspect. The Seal — your figure for the day, drawn from your chart against today's sky. One per day, never repeated. The Lattice — every seal you have held, laid out through time and redrawn from its recipe. SIX COMPLICATIONS Coherence ring, Heart-Sky gauge, moon phase, planetary hour, sky weather, and the day's Seal — all Smart Stack aware. Today's sky turns their phase, and one figure falls out. One seal per day — drawn once, never twice. THE STILL POINT Press and hold the Pulse face and the timepiece stops. The pulse decelerates click by click into stillness, one rolled chord sounds, and the sky as it stood is sealed into your journal. THE LATTICE Every seal you have ever held, kept as recipe and redrawn on demand — nothing is stored as an image. Scroll back through the year. The days you stopped time carry a crystal. MOON DAYS Full and new moons write themselves into your calendar, on request. Add a companion’s birth details and your watch maps the geometry between two birth charts, entirely on-device: the aspects each set of points makes across the gap, drawn as a single interference pattern. A plain-English read of what flows easily and what asks for work, with a flip card on every thread. Save any companion; the reading is blessed into your Lunar Journal as a written reflection you can read off your wrist anytime. Also new: your rising sign and houses, computed on-device from real ephemeris. Everything stays on the watch. Nothing syncs to the cloud.
