She gets in the Q recharged and the moment 1 minute us left she will recharge again leaving all the other existing customers in Q. Each time u wait for the call to get answer n the time remaining is only 2-3 minutes this user will desperately recharge. I wonder what sort of problems she’s facing in life where in she simply can’t think of the other users even for once. This mostly happens at night. There are times when u want to extend the Q I get that but if this lady is in the Q please expect a delay of minimum 7-8 hours even if u r E pass user. It’s been over a week, and despite several follow-ups, I’ve only been told that a ticket has been raised — yet no confirmation or refund has been received. When I asked for a refund to my original payment method, they said it could only go to my AstroYogi wallet, which cannot even be withdrawn. That’s unacceptable and feels misleading. It’s my hard-earned money, and I have every right to get it back to the account I paid from. Even my sister and friends have faced similar problems. This is completely unprofessional, and I’m giving them 48 hours to respond before taking legal action. I find the navigation a little irritating - it was much better on the website. I am assuming you are wanting more people to use the app and therefore reduced certain functions on the website on purpose. For example you can’t connect to a reader on the website or view their reviews - which is underhand and crafty. Negative reviews do not get posted on the app or the website and no one helps even after countless emails. In addition to this the app recommends only astrologers who charge $2 upwards per minute - the same astrologer when you contact them in India is a fraction around 200% less of the price. A total rip off. It was for 7minutes but the whole 7 minutes astrologer just wasted my time and didn’t gave me any answer to my question. He was just trying to push me to join a call for 5 minutes more. If he would have given any resolution in those 7 minute I would have done that. But he continued to waste my time during the session. What should a user do in this case? Is this ethical? I understand 7 minutes is not big time but he could have given me answer to at-least one of my question but instead answering he kept in pushing to recharge further. I have tried your app earlier also the session was fine at that time. But Yesterday got a bonus of 50 in my yogi wallet but it completely got wasted because of your astrologer. Please team look into the same and I am looking for a resolution for the same. The service of the company is questionable, slack and not professional. Amongst the many charlatans on the site they have a few good astrologers. When you make genuine complaints such as the line of not good, the astrologers sometimes feel like they are out and about or they have too much background noise they don’t take it into consideration. When you pay for a reading you expect certain standards to be adhered to even if the astrologers are self employed. This company doesn’t care. The charge different rates for callers in India compared to the uk, negative comments are not shown and there is always a sales push to book pujas for which when some of the astrologers realise you live abroad goes into the thousands. People ring often when they are at their most vulnerable and this company takes advantage. Only will tell you hopeful vague things and my tarot card ready didn’t ask me to pick the tarot cards at first and started telling me general vague things for first 6 minted and she was 4.96 out of 5 stars and very expensive. Don’t know what she was reading my fate from without me picking any cards at first . Bogus! None of these predictions came true, despite high confidence. • Legal concerns: Such fear-based claims and misleading advice may violate consumer protection laws and raise serious ethical and legal issues. • Poor time management: Sessions are frequently delayed. Even after paying high fees, appointments are postponed at the last minute, forcing you to rearrange your schedule. • No proper refunds: On cancellation, money is not returned but moved to an in-app wallet, which cannot be withdrawn or meaningfully used. • High cost, low value: Sessions can cost ₹6,000–₹7,000 with no clear outcomes or accountability. • Aggressive monetization: • Expensive “remedies” (₹21,000–₹50,000) suggested without justification • Paid e-pass system (₹3,000–₹5,000) just to access sessions • Conversations extended to increase per-minute charges • Lack of transparency: Some astrologers try to take conversations outside the platform. • Unprofessional service: The platform is poorly managed, and support staff are uncooperative. The reader seemed uninterested and in a bad mood — she replied to every question with just one word. I expected proper explanations and insights, but even when I asked for details, she continued giving one-word answers. It felt rude, disrespectful, and definitely not worth the money. I ended the chat almost five minutes early because the conversation was going nowhere, and I didn’t receive any refund despite the reader being unresponsive. The whole interaction felt unprofessional, and it honestly seemed like she didn’t even want to help. Overall, this was a waste of time and money. I won’t be downloading or using this app again.
