I tried to use it the last half of December until now (when I really need it) and I’m stuck in the loop other reviewers describe to verify I have the updated version, but there doesn’t seem to be an updated version compared to what I have, and I get a server error. I have an iPhone X. Every time I try to sign on it says to “please make sure you are running the masters version of Asure WealthCare Mobile” and when I go to update it it’s already up to date. Now every time i try to log on, it tells me to update the software to the latest version. Click on update, it takes me to the App Store, but then the App Store just says open. (Software is already running the latest version) infinite loop of not being to log in now 🙄 ### 1/5 — Does not work as advertised *2015-01-16, version 3.0.6* While the app is well laid out and simple to use, one simply cannot use one of its most important features: the claims submission module is broken due to a bug that prevents the app from using photos of receipts. This was reported to the company's customer service earlier in January but no resolution is in sight. It keeps saying “make sure that you are running the latest version”, then when you click “update” in the same notification it brings you to this page where you can clearly see that the last software change was in 2018. ### 1/5 — Can never log in! *2021-01-08* Every time I log on , a pop-up screen appears saying to make sure that I have the latest version of the app. However, when I tap ‘Update’, it takes my to the App Store where there is no other version available. So when I click on ‘open’ from the App Store, the same pop-up reappears and it’s a never ending cycle that gets me nowhere and won’t connect to the server. The app is utterly useless and I cannot check on what my balance is on my card. When will there/will there ever be an updated Asure WealthCare mobile app?
