I found that out after I had to give them my phone and email. 5gb is not worth it. Why lie that it’s unlimited. Don’t bother with this app. ### 2/5 — Photos Lost *2026-04-26, version 1.10.1* This app is useful, but can be slow. A great help when changing devices. However, after the most recent update I lost everything and it will not backup my current photos. But, there is no easy way to search a specific time frame. It crashes all the time, it is unreasonably SLOW, drains the battery quickly, and constantly pauses because the phone gets “too hot” (barely warm). She was useless and didn’t provide any support for me at all. I advise if you want to keep your memories secure find another app! ### 4/5 — Good way to back up photos so can delete from phone *2024-03-29, version 1.6.79* But there is one issue which make four instead of five stars. If you accidentally (or deliberately but change mind) delete a photo from Asurion Photos, which sometimes happens if I delete wrong one, there is no way to get it back in Asurion Photos. There should be a way to force reupload of photos to Asurion from iPhone. Otherwise it’s a good app. I have four times my phone’s storage in photos, in Asurion photos. I delete off my phone and keep there. Another wish would be for photos to delete off the phone but stay in their folder on Asurion. The photos stay on the backup but I lose their being in that folder unless I go in and try to find by date and force a cloud folder which is a pain to do instead of just keeping the folder name I had before I deleted it off my phone to make room. ### 3/5 — Email address issues *2024-03-09* Be for warned if you don’t have access to the email you signed up with it’s almost impossible to get your photos back. I have been trying to get access to my photos since January 29th and I have not received an answer from anyone from support of this application. I have no idea how I will get my pictures back especially those that can never be replaced!!!! I had 1200 GB stored in the storage and overnight. It went down to 100 gig for last month. I’ve been trying to get a hold of somebody and get this rectified screaming red alert, letting people know emailing back-and-forth and you cannot reach these guys to save your life. God willing they read this review because this could be the most tragic storage debacle I’ve ever seen and i would say I’m shopping new insurance for my iPad Pro because of this app. You call 24 seven support you do not get these guys. You can’t reach them. They won’t return your e-mails, it is awful. It was maybe 4 years worth of pictures. One day they announced that they were no longer going to offer through sprint, they will send the link to email to get our photos & that’s it. Well, the link never worked for me to download my pictures & every time I tried to contact their customer service I got a runaround & no one knew anything.
