Every now and then it will tell me I’m not subscribed and tries to get me to purchase another subscription. I have to attempt to cancel my subscription before it acknowledges that I have one. It’s annoying and I’ve had to do it like 5 times. Pls fix this. **Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we're incredibly sorry for the subscription glitch. I found another app much more helpful. This app also kept feeding me the same questions and forced me to repurchase subscription after a few days(wouldn’t work otherwise), causing my card to then be double-charged and I cannot get it to stop even though I cancelled. **Developer response:** We're sorry you felt the app was not formatted like the exam, but I can assure you it is. We have an entire category named Vignettes to specifically practice those. We also vary in 3 to 4 answer questions, also matching the exam. We also have over 3200 unique questions on this app, so we apologize if you felt like you had seen similar ones. Super disappointing because I was finding it so helpful but don’t have the funds to continue paying a subscription. When I finish a quiz and hit go over missed questions it gives me so many questions. Way more than was was missed. Sometimes hundreds and I submitted a help email and of course heard nothing back and was offered no solutions so now I can not review what I was missed. This app advertises that app users who do not pass can receive a refund. I only passed because I read the guidebook and bought the real ASWB practice test. It’s supposed to take 24-48 hours for a response. I didn’t hear back for a few weeks, and my questions were still not answered. I've been using it very casually for 3 months. It's been much more helpful than trying to schedule book time. I take 5-10 question quizzes everywhere, the grocery checkout lane, as a passenger in a car. It helps me get log the time. The explanations for the answers help too. I had prepared for the exam for MONTHS! By the end of the exam, I was exhausted and devastated!!!! (I cried…a lot…in the parking lot…for over an hour…in my car.) After emotionally recovering, I found this app that I felt had way more closely resembling questions to the ones I saw on my exam. What I’ve found helpful so far is the cute little raccoon character guiding you through the different levels you can reach as you learn, and the sarcasm makes the learning process a little more fun.
