## What is Asynq Buddy?

Buddy helps you stay on top of your coding agents like Claude Code or Codex from your iPhone.

Connect Buddy to your paired Mac Mini (or another machine) and keep track of active work, approvals, managed sessions, and follow-up tasks without sitting at your desk.

With Buddy, you can:

- review what your agents are doing
- continue observed work from your phone
- start and monitor managed sessions
- handle approval and review flows
- check recent work, outputs, and session history
- stay in sync with your local agent runtime
