While I was in Europe, my phone connection was glitchy. After being on the phone with them for a hour unable to help me, they instructed me to delete the cell phone data plan on my phone. That made no sense to me, so I made sure to confirm with the support person that was safe to do. They said that it was and instructed me to continue. When I did, my phone immediately dropped the call. In an instant, per their instruction, I ended up in a foreign country where I did not speak the language, had no phone service to call any one, no one could call me, no text, no email, no navigation system. I was left stranded to figure out how to find a SIM card with no navigation system in a country I where don’t speak the language. Completely screwed me. Absolutely incompetent personal who don’t know what they’re doing. ### 1/5 — remote access for tech support *2022-04-27, version 22.01* installed the app. my screen showed red and indicated broadcasting but tech support could not see my screen. tried 3 times. didn’t work for me. ### 1/5 — Does nothing at all. *2022-04-03, version 21.06* Literally does nothing. It goes to a screen that says “AT&T Remote Support” and never leaves. ### 3/5 — ATT Remote Support *2022-05-29, version 22.04* For App to work you need to be on phone or in touch with support and they will give you a code to enable the app and give them access to your camera to troubleshoot issue.
