When scrolling through any search/category the app starts glitching and scrolling down repeatedly where it won’t let you get back to where you were at without closing the app and starting over. ### 2/5 — Unfortunately Terrible *2026-05-23* I would love to like this app but I can’t. At Home is one of my favorite stores but I don’t go frequently because the closest one to my house is almost 2 hours away. I’ve had the app downloaded for a couple of years but I’ve never been able to purchase anything off of it because it just doesn’t function properly and it’s set up poorly. The descriptions and details of opens leave the shopper with more questions than answers, most items have only one photo and gave no perspective, and the filter feature is weak and doesn’t function properly. The search generates results that aren’t relevant to the query. The app crashes a lot. There’s so much more to say that doesn’t work and it’s really frustrating. I wanted to shop the Memorial Day BOGO sale but wasn’t able to because of functionality problems. The only problems are I can’t see the quick view option, and also every time I try to push the order history tab on my account button. It won’t let me see my order history. I have to go back to the website to see it every time I push it bouncing for a minute, but then it gives me a error message ### 2/5 — Not impressed *2024-07-29* Just downloaded. "Search" feature is so terrible when trying to find a particular item. Filters are not good enough and I don't want to see evvvery item in the store! You think you've saved items to your cart by clicking "add to cart," but all the items aren't in the cart. And the worst part, you leave the app for a moment and the CART IS EMPTY! At all. Erases favorites doesn’t keep things in cart. Not user friendly. The scanner doesn’t work on 90% of barcodes. UPC’s don’t show up. Product info and inventory is nearly impossible to find. Changing stores appears to no longer be an option. The search is garbage, with the worst aspect being the filter feature. I search for rugs and it says 2784 items available at store yet shows nothing. When I did actually get rugs to pull up after many attempts I see all the rug selections but when I click on the rug I want to see details about it is a blank page. If you don’t know the EXACT name of a product it more than likely won’t pop up. Filters do NOTHING. Searching for anything is like looking for a needle in a hay mountain. You can click on the categories, but who cares if you’re redirected to a blank page that says “Sorry.
