AT Mobile makes it easy to move around Auckland. It helps you plan and track journeys across AT Metro bus, train and ferry services, or go by bike or on foot. Whether you are a frequent commuter, an occasional traveller or a new to Auckland explorer, join over 250,000 other users and take an easy journey around Auckland


Find your best route - Use the Journey Planner to find out how to get to your destination, and save your regular trips. Maybe you want to get there by bike or on foot? Journey Planner will show you walking and cycling journey options too. 
 
Real time departures - Save time by knowing when you need to be at your stop or station, and even track the live location of your service. Save your favourite stops and stations for quick access when you're out and about.


Enjoy an easy journey - Going somewhere new, or just want to relax on your journey? We'll let you know when it’s time to board or to get off.


Shared scooters and bikes - Check live location of scooters or bikes near you and unlock in the provider app. 


Car sharing - Check live location of shared cars near you and book it with the provider.

Disruption alerts and info - Want to be kept up to date when services change? I cannot view my HOP card on the app as it tells me it is not registered, and that to register it I must update my details in MyAT HOP first. However, when I go to do that, it just refreshes the page and the update never actually goes through, meaning my card just doesn’t get registered and I still can’t view it. This is causing me major issues as I cannot cancel my automatic top-up or view my progress towards the weekly $50 cap, and I have tried countless times to report this issue or try and find a solution but nothing has worked and no one has looked into it.

Still two significant defects/omissions: no iPad support.  sounds like one omission? Well, one is the fact that the app doesn't adapt to the iPad's screen size to show more info instead of just making everything bigger. The other is the fact that the journey planner feature on AT's website *also* doesn't work on an iPad. Why do you hate iPads, guys? Until you get over this, 2 stars only for you.

Instead of making your app very annoying to read by mixing languages, how about using the space to put ferry, etc, timetables on it.

Good app, can be a bit challenging at first to figure out how to use all the features. I use this mostly to track busses and trains rather than to plan journeys.

terribly clunky app, i try to top up my kids card, and i have to enter and verify my details and address every time, that is not safe nor convenient

Works pretty well but too involved for what should be be some simple tasks. Not helped by me having to put my glasses on just to undertake some basic lookups. 

But biggest issue is that, apart from nuking them in IOS settings, I cannot work out why I keep getting service notifications even though I have that option switched off in the app. I’m not in NZ right now, but I’m getting service notifications for services that are no longer of any interest to me.
