This first set I got didn’t work so sent me another set and still don’t work. It’s either tags or the app but pairing definitely doesn’t work with my iPhone! Very disappointed.

Surprising that SI is selling a product that is a dud. This app necessary to operate Lost Item Locater gets stuck in setup, doesn’t attempt to find any locator pod and leaves a blank screen on an Iphone 16. App and Locater is worthless. Zero stars.

What a piece of &@#%. Does not work as described. There is absolutely no way to find any lost tag since it uses only Bluetooth. I wasted a lot of money. I will never purchase anther item from Sharper Image.

This is by far the most useless item I’ve ever purchased. It does not work. I even returned the first set of tags I bought because I thought they were defective. But they still didn’t work. This is a crime for Sharper Image to actually sell this product. I want my money back ASAP. Sharper Image is knowingly selling items that do not work and that never will. I’m so disappointed and embarrassed that I bought my loved ones these worthless items for Christmas. What a disgrace!
