Shame on Sharper Image for selling this crap. They have gone downhill. I blame them as they once sold quality products so I trusted them, but should have looked at reviews beforehand ### 1/5 — Useless *2020-12-26, version 2.3.1* This device finder’s tone is almost in audible. Light is just a pin hole of flash, GPS says the unit is about 1/8 of a mile away when the unit is really 6 inches away. I will return. How can Sharper Image endorse, sell and promote this item? Installed app on 3 of the same iphones with same iOS versions, only one would pick up the device the other two both said 'open Bluetooth ' when I try and search and connect the device (and yes, I had Bluetooth turned on and it works for my other Bluetooth headsets so the phones aren't the problem) Anyway, been a complete waste of my time and money, very disappointing, should have bought the 'tile' by Apple, or something made by a more reliable company. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone, I fact I recommend you stay away from it all together and save your money ### 1/5 — Bugs => Pretty useless. *2015-12-07, version 1.3.2* I'm not sure what the problem is but the SMARTAG fob can't even stay connected with my iPhone 5 plus. It’s either tags or the app but pairing definitely doesn’t work with my iPhone! This app necessary to operate Lost Item Locater gets stuck in setup, doesn’t attempt to find any locator pod and leaves a blank screen on an Iphone 16. App and Locater is worthless. I even returned the first set of tags I bought because I thought they were defective. But they still didn’t work. This is a crime for Sharper Image to actually sell this product. I want my money back ASAP. Sharper Image is knowingly selling items that do not work and that never will.
