I contacted many times and no solution was done, no response

What you tell us is very strange. You should be able to draw immediately after opening a new document. The application automatically searches to see if there is an Apple Pencil connected and if it does not find it, it recognizes fingers as input.

Please contact us by email to try to find out what the error may be. We tested the app with iOS 17.1.1 on an iPad Pro 12.9 (3rd generation)

I emailed you many times, also I put a previous comment but no response since 6 months, I was welling to purchase but now no, solve the draft issue please, email me at nharo at yahoo please.

please help , i can’t draft; I don’t know why? Is this because new iPad update!
