## What is Atamalog?

An app that turns "today feels heavy" into something you can actually look at: how much the conditions overlap.

How it works
Pick one of four levels and note whether you took medication. Pressure, sleep and heart data are collected for you and treated as that day's conditions. As entries add up, you see — in days, not percentages — which conditions line up with how you feel.

### 1.2 — 2026-08-18

• Fixed a Health card that kept saying it couldn't read your data even after you had granted access. When there are no samples yet, it now says just that — and you can dismiss it.
• On days you take medication you can note what you took. The new column is in the CSV and PDF exports too.
• When pressure starts to fall, you can follow the drop on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.
• Switching the language inside the app now carries all the way through: the choices on the record sheet, exports and reminders. Place names are looked up again in the language you picked.
• Temperatures no longer show every decimal, and charts explain themselves while there aren't enough points yet.

• New pressure chart: the last 24 hours and what's ahead in one view (the next 48 hours with Full Access).
• Get told the evening before when tomorrow's conditions look like they'll overlap (Full Access).
• Export and restore a backup, and delete all your data.
• Search any city in the world to set your area.
• Delete a record, change notification times, see this month's medicine days, and get pressure and sleep columns in the PDF.
