"Let's make an app for scratch-off tickets!"

"Why?  It's pointless. Real scratch-off tickets you can (at least theoretically) win real prizes from. It's absurd to think anyone would spend real money to buy a chance to win fake money."

I downloaded this and when I open the app it will not load all the way...just up to ~ 90 % and just stays there for quite some time...
